I have received information that an entity that has been featured prominently in the news a few times regarding audit reports this year could be in the news again because a former staff member committed fraud there. This organization needs a thorough re-organization from top to the bottom.
I understand that this organization has had no cheque reconciliations done for many years, does not have regular and timely audit reports, and has not presented a balance sheet for many years.
There have been talks of millions being wasted at this organization and funds intended for the organization going elsewhere.
