Troy Walker, a talented 32-year-old recording artiste from Trysee district, St Ann, has been charged with murder in connection to the stabbing death of 22-year-old Andre McDonald, a call-centre worker.
According to reports from the Brown’s Town Police, the altercation escalated quickly, and during the heated exchange, Walker resorted to using a pair of scissors to stab McDonald. In response, McDonald left the function momentarily but returned to Walker’s home armed with a knife, leading to a confrontational tussle.
As concerned citizens intervened, the scene turned distressing, with Andre McDonald tragically found lying on his back in a pool of blood. Immediate medical attention was provided, rushing him to the hospital, but sadly, he was pronounced dead.
Troy Walker was taken into custody after the incident and subsequently charged on Friday, July 28, following an intense question-and-answer session and an Identification Parade.
