Notorious Gunman ‘Evil’ Killed in Confrontation with Police in Westmoreland

Leading the investigation, Acting Superintendent Coleridge Minto, Head of the St Elizabeth Police, revealed that a group of individuals with serious charges against them had declared St Elizabeth as their residential address during court proceedings.
