In Santa Cruz on Tuesday, a St. Elizabeth man was shot and killed in his car while driving children.
The event had a place in Santa Cruz near the Park’s major road.
Devar Garwood, also known as “Bull,” was killed. He lived on Institution Drive in Santa Cruz.
According to the police, Garwood had picked up three pupils at Park Mountain Primary School when a black Toyota came up next to his car and started shooting at it.
When the police were called, they discovered Garwood slouched over in his car. Witnesses claimed that the kids, who escaped the attack unharmed, fled from the car and hid until they were later discovered by locals, who took them to the Santa Cruz police station.

Police are looking into it.
