Mikael Phillips, the spokesman for the opposition on transportation, is requesting clarification over what will happen to drivers following the phasing-in of the new Road Traffic Act (2018) and the Road Traffic Regulations on Wednesday, February 1.
According to Mr. Phillips, there is uncertainty over what will happen to drivers who have not had their fines dismissed or been given a hearing date.
