There was a reported shooting in Above Rocks, St Catherine on Tuesday, that left two men fatally shot by the police.
According to reports we got from the St Catherine police station
a number of armed men broke into a shop at around 2:00 am and attempted to break into the poker boxes that are at the location when they were surprised by a team of officers.
It is said that a few members of the armed group pulled their weapons and opened fire on the officers, which lead to a shootout.
when the shooting subsided two of the men were found fatally shot, one of them was apprehended, and the other two got away in a stolen motorcar.
The police have launched a search team to apprehend the two suspects on the run.
