In a shocking turn of events, two policemen are now facing serious charges following the alleged abduction and assault of a woman last week Saturday. The incident sparked a nationwide investigation, capturing the attention of concerned citizens everywhere.

The suspects, identified as a police constable and a district constable, have been apprehended and are currently in custody as authorities delve deeper into the case.

According to reliable sources, the complainant had been romantically involved with the 32-year-old police constable since they met in October 2021. Their relationship took an intimate turn sometime afterwards, but it seems things took a dark and troubling path from there.

On the evening of July 22, around 8 pm, the complainant decided to spend the night at her friend’s residence off Red Hills Road in St. Andrew. Their plan was to embark on a beach getaway to Portland the following day, enjoying a relaxing time together.

However, events took a horrifying turn when the police constable contacted the complainant during her stay at her friend’s house. He inquired about her whereabouts, and upon learning she was with her friend, he inexplicably insisted on verifying her location.

Tragically, the situation escalated rapidly. Accompanied by the district constable, the police constable arrived at the scene in a marked service vehicle, only to allegedly subject the complainant to a distressing ordeal. 

According to the initial police report, the complainant’s lover forcefully grabbed her and forcibly placed her in the service vehicle, where he proceeded to subject her to physical abuse. Shockingly, her neck was reportedly squeezed during this harrowing incident.

The perpetrators then drove the complainant to a desolate area in downtown Kingston, a nightmarish experience that she managed to escape from. With immense courage, she fled the vehicle and sought refuge at the Marine Division base, where she bravely reported the incident to the authorities.

In the wake of this horrifying event, the two suspects were promptly apprehended and taken into custody as part of the ongoing investigation. The nation anxiously awaits further updates as law enforcement officials meticulously examine the evidence and pursue justice for the victim.
