In the video below you can clearly see a man walking past a woman and her child to get to another man so he could shoot him.
Little did he know that two off-duty police officers would drive by the moment he committed the murder/assassination.
he died after an unknown number of rounds at close range hitting the victim several times as well.
The off-duty officers quickly got into action, as they saw what was going on and reverted to their training which lead to their swift response to open fire on the attacker hitting him several times.
He died on the spot and so did the victim, a full investigation has been launched into this heinous crime.
