Head of the Manchester police Superintendent Shane McCalla is appealing for the public’s assistance to locate a man who has gone viral on social media after making threats to abduct women and children in Mandeville on Monday when schools reopen.

In a 55-second TikTok video the man is heard saying “I am promising all of you that live in Mandeville that on Monday when school returns I will be taking all girl kids.

I will be driving around and I will be taking your child. I will be taking all women and all girls because we need them for an experiment…”

Superintendent McCalla is urging anyone with information that can assist the police in locating the man to contact the Mandeville police at 876-962-2250, police 119 emergency number, 311, or the nearest police station.
