Nail tech, 28, charged with two murders after a pregnant lady and a boyfriend were slain

The double homicide that occurred last week on Campbell Avenue in Port Antonio, also in the parish, has been attributed to a 28-year-old bar owner and nail technician from Anchovy Land Settlement in Portland.
Jody-Ann Jackson has been charged in connection with the murders of Shadae Pink, 28, of Campbell Avenue, and Keino James King, 23, of the Johns Town neighbourhood, both in Portland, according to recent information from the police.
They were murdered on May 23, Labor Day.
According to police reports, Jackson allegedly drove a Toyota Fielder motor car to the scene at about 11 p.m., where the two deceased were apparently playing dominoes with other persons.
A guy got out of the car and started shooting at them.
Pink, who was pregnant, and James were hurt when the gunfire stopped. After being transported to the hospital, they were declared dead.
Jackson was detained while an inquiry was being conducted. On Monday, she was charged.
