Gunfire outside a police station in MoBay leaves one man dead and another wounded.

On Friday night at Montego Bay, St. James, two men were shot by armed individuals, and one of them died.

Dwayne Dixon, 30, of Gravel Lane in Montego Bay, Jamaica, was deceased.

According to reports, Dixon was among the people who were reportedly standing along the road when gunmen started shooting at them at 9:40 p.m.

Dixon and another man were discovered with wounds after the gunfire stopped.

They were brought to the hospital, where the other guy was hospitalized in stable condition and Dixon was declared dead.

The incident is the subject of an inquiry.
