A devastating incident occurred a few moments ago where a female relieves threw a 6-month-old baby from the front porch resulting in his death.
Apparently, the child mother the child, and a family member were living together on the first floor of an apartment complex.
the family member had a mental illness, had an episode, and threw the baby from the porch on the first floor.
