A video is now circulating on social media that shows a young boy allegedly shot and killed his Bestfriend in broad daylight.
In the short eight-second video, you can see a child running with a 9-millimeter pistol in his hand who then began shooting at another young man hitting him about 5 times.
Social media users are saying that parents should take accountability for their child’s actions.
