While we understand the magnitude of challenges faced by the Public Transport Sector with over 16 major focus problems the call for a payment plan to pay outstanding traffic tickets tops the agenda. 

And with a lack of political leadership to enhance,  motivate and lead the sector. 

Government, opposition, and civil society set hellbent on under-mining a sector that is the engine of development in Jamaica. 

This organization (TODSS) will continue to provide the highest level of unionized Lobby and representation for the island public transport operators individually and collectively and awaits the Government’s to our request for a payment plan to make good on our payment of outstanding tickets without cancelation of drivers license or being put behind bars for none payment which to make it very clear that:

TODSS has absolutely no interest in any way, form, or shape at this time to support or engage in any withdrawal of service. I repeat,  our interest is getting a payment plan and for now, we rest our case.
