A video that has been going around the internet of a pastor justifying his decision to spend his time on his ministry and support himself with the income generated by that endeavor has drawn conflicting comments from users of social media.

The pastor asserted that he thought he would not be as effective in the ministry if he had to concentrate on his outside job.

The pastor declared, “I don’t work, and I don’t lie to myself or do anything wrong.

Social media users’ reactions to the comments have been diverse. Some of them found it offensive that churchgoers sat down without objecting in response to the comments.
