Dwayne Morrison, also known as “Sharkie,” was one of the most sought-after persons in the parish and was finally apprehended thanks to the tenacious work of the St. Elizabeth police.

Following a series of targeted operations in Barbary Hall and the nearby communities, Morrison—who was wanted for the murder of Everton Spence and is also a person of interest in relation to a number of other offenses that have been committed throughout the parish—turned himself into the police on Friday, January 13.

The Black River Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) at 876-965-2926, the police 119 emergency line, Crime Stop at 311, or the closest police station are all places where anybody with information that can help with the continuing investigations is requested to get in touch.
