Constable Noel Maitland, the boyfriend of missing social media influencer Donna-Lee Donaldson, now presumed dead, appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday to answer to the murder charge in relation to her disappearance.
He was remanded.
His attorney Christopher Townsend said a bail application will be made when he returns to court on August 22.
A fingerprint order was also made for Maitland.
