During a late-night operation in Riverton City, St. Andrew, two guys were fatally shot by police.
According to the police, they were being attacked on Ferguson Drive by a gang of males when they were out on foot patrol in the neighborhood.
A shootout followed. After the gunfight, two unidentified men were discovered with gunshot wounds and each holding a revolver.
When they arrived at the Kingston Public Hospital, they had already been declared dead. From the site, two guns were found.
Nobody in the police force was hurt.
